3) Passport Expiry Date
4) Your HP No.
5) Your House no.
6) Your Mom and Dad's HP No.
7) Any allergies
8) Nationality (If you are not Singaporean)
9) Class
10)Food Prefrences (E.g. Vegetarian)
11)Your Chinese Name
For those who I have already called in my section, please email me your Chinese name will do.
-- Also note that there is da zu this Sat and we will be playing Jia Jia Le, so please do turn up!
-- Gabriel and Zhangjie pass your M.Cs to me OR LSH asap or u will get into trouble. You should be familiar with the system already!
